Ventilation and air conditioning technology

Whether you work in the wood, paper, metal or plastic processing industry; whether you want to ventilate or air-condition offices, production halls, warehouses or measuring rooms; whether temperature, humidity or air quality are important…

Every situation requires an individual control system. Together with you, we determine the requirements for your specific system. Based on this information, we then develop an overall concept that meets your needs. This plan contains all necessary steps and components, starting with the spatial planning, design, and components used, up to the development, production, programming and startup of the control system.

Speaking of control…

At Kaiser, we rely exclusively on SIEMENS, and for a good reason! SIEMENS has proven itself in the industry when it comes to control systems in Germany. Today almost every company uses SIEMENS controls. This has the advantage that, as a customer, you are familiar with the controls we use, it makes integration into your existing system easy. For all other system components, we are not bound to any manufacturer, so we can respond to any of your wishes unbiased. We rely on a large selection of manufacturers for personalized advice. We also like to face complex challenges, such as systems with integrated heating, cooling, heat recovery or, for example, controls to a specific, predetermined room temperature with the smallest deviations from the set point. Even in measuring rooms, a constant room temperature is a prerequisite and essential. An ingenious system, which forms an interplay of existing and external heat sources, as well as conventional and adiabatic cooling, makes it possible to control ± 0.2K. Even with this accuracy, we always keep an eye on operating costs! Especially when it comes to cooling rooms, the adiabatic cooling is gaining more and more interested parties. Natural cooling through the evaporation of water is an interesting and cost-effective alternative to conventional cooling in many applications, and we’d be happy to advise you! Experience, figures and examples show that adiabatic cooling is less expensive to buy and lower in operating costs, and constitutes a real alternative in many areas.
