The Beginning
For more than 30 years, the name Kaiser has embodied precision and quality. The company was founded in 1979 by Rudi Kaiser, and while the initial business related mainly to the trade and restoration of antiques, furniture and vintage cars, work on buildings was also already on the agenda. The pinnacle of these restorations was the gilding of the Basilica Vierzehnheiligen.
Although the initial business has little in common with today's area of responsibility, the conscientiousness and quality of the work have continued to this day. I, Thomas Kaiser - son of the founder and today's managing director - have learned the profession of goldsmith, making accuracy and meticulous attention to detail my companions in professional life from the very beginning.
Our Company Today
KAISER Innovative’s range of services was changed when management of the company was transferred to Thomas Kaiser in 1997. Thanks to his many years of experience as a ventilation engineer at Sulzer Infra, extensive experience and knowledge has been gained, which today gives us the confidence to design and implement even extremely demanding and complex air conditioning and ventilation systems for our customers.
However, planning and implementation of air conditioning and ventilation systems are only a part of Kaiser’s capabilities. The area of smoke and heat exhaust (RWA) and fire protection is a core competency as well, certified, of course, by TÜV Süd.
Once you have a system from us, we will not leave you alone with it! Regular servicing and annual maintenance are services Kaiser also provides. This applies not only to our systems, but also to systems that were not planned or built by us.
Should your equipment contribute significantly to maintaining production and quality, we can also offer you an emergency call service. Due to our proximity to our customers, we are usually able to respond within 24 hours.
